Biogras L

A food grade liquid enzyme preparation with high pectolytic activity, obtained by controlled fungal fermentation. It has been designed especially for the treatment of pastes in the extraction of olive oil.

  • Improved separation of the olive oil juice (cleaner)
  • Lower oil content in olive juice and marc (dry pressings)
